Overnight Shopping Trip

This is a great opportunity for those looking for gifts, furnishing a house or just looking for something, to join us on a short overnight trip to what was once the capital of Nueva Galicia. Staying in the historic downtown of the city we offer a guided walking tour of some of the main historic attractions of the city, or for those who wish to, you can go exploring the plazas, malls and shops of the centre.

After breakfast on the second day we whisk you off to the vibrant and at times chaotic street market, or tianguis, of Tonalá. Here you can find blown glass, furniture, pottery, woodwork and more in this huge twice a week market. After the excitement of the street market we take you on a short trip across to Tlaquepaque. Here you can enjoy the pedestrian street lined with amazing galleries, stores and wonderful restaurants and bars (and a fantastic ice cream store near the main square), before we make our way back with our purchases to the coast.
